Upgrading or Downgrading
How to change your plan and what happens to your data.
How to Change Plans
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
What Happens on Upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Your new quota and scan frequency are available right away.
What Happens on Downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan's features until then. If you have more revenue streams than the lower plan allows, you'll need to select which ones to keep monitoring.
Your Data
All your analysis history, findings, and trends are preserved regardless of plan changes. Nothing is deleted when you change plans.
