Cancelling Your Subscription

How to Cancel

1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
2. Click Manage Subscription
3. Select Cancel Subscription
4. Confirm your cancellation

After Cancellation

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Your data is preserved for 30 days after your subscription ends
• You can reactivate at any time to restore full access

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you cancel within the first 30 days, you're eligible for a full refund. This applies once per customer for the first month of service.

Data Export

Before cancelling, you can export your data from Dashboard → Analyses (PDF export) or via the API.
