Data Processing Agreement
A DPA is available at /dpa and covers all data processing activities. Enterprise customers can request a custom DPA.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account from Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. This triggers:
- Immediate soft-delete of your account
- Hard-delete of all data within 30 days
- Stripe subscription cancellation
- Knowledge base entries purged
