How to use trend analysis to track your revenue health over time.
Accessing Trends
Navigate to Dashboard → Trends to see how your metrics evolve over time. Trends require at least 2 completed analyses.
Available Charts
- Revenue Trend — MRR over time with trendline
- Churn Rate — monthly churn percentage
- Customer Count — subscriber growth/decline
- Leak Count — number of active leaks per analysis
Health Score
The Health Score (0-100) is a composite metric combining revenue growth, churn rate, leak severity, and data completeness. It's displayed as a gauge on the Trends page.
- 80-100 — Excellent: revenue streams are healthy
- 60-79 — Good: minor issues detected
- 40-59 — Needs Attention: significant leaks present
- 0-39 — Critical: immediate action recommended
